Kinetix Hockey Performance does not offer refunds or credits for sessions missed due to public holidays or personal illness. No makeup sessions available. For exceptions and full details, please review our Refund Policy.

 

Refund & Exchanges Policy

Once you make your final selection and purchase or book your program, Kinetix Hockey Performance will not provide exchanges, credits, or refunds, except under the following conditions outlined in our Refund Policy for Eligible Reasons.

 

Eligible Reasons for Refunds

Medical Circumstances: Participants unable to continue in the program due to medical reasons are eligible for a refund. A valid doctor’s note must accompany refund requests under these circumstances.

Relocation: Participants who relocate outside the designated training region may request a refund. Proof of relocation must be provided.

Extenuating Circumstances: Other reasons for refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management of Kinetix Hockey Performance.

 

Procedure for Requesting Refunds

Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [info@kinetixhockey.com]. Please include all relevant details and supporting documents.

Review and Confirmation: Upon receipt of your email and the necessary documentation, our team will review the request. Participants will receive a confirmation email once the review process begins.

 

Additional Information

Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise specified. Please allow up to 20 business days for the processing of refunds.

Non-refundable Circumstances

Kinetix Hockey Performance will not provide refunds or credits for sessions missed due to public holidays or personal illness. No makeup sessions will be available for participants unable to attend scheduled training.

Cancelled or Postponed Training Programs

Refunds will be issued ONLY if a training program is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If a training program is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase. Refunds will generally appear on your next credit card statement, depending on your credit card’s billing cycle.

Force Majeure

Kinetix Hockey Performance shall not be responsible for the cancellation or delay in delivery or performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to: acts of God; labor disturbances; equipment failure; war; terrorism; riot; epidemics; severe weather conditions; accidents; or other unforeseen events.
